Greg is a Chicagoland native and a long-time resident of the North Shore.  His family has been involved in the Real Estate business for several decades. After growing up in Oak Park-River Forest, he received his Bachelor of Journalism Degree from the University of Missouri.

Greg has over 40 years of sales and management experience. He was twice named the winner of his company’s prestigious “President Cup Award” based upon his outstanding achievements. He negotiated hundreds of contracts to develop effective marketing campaigns for businesses looking to brand themselves and increase their market share. This vast experience benefits both buyers and sellers in today’s Real Estate market.

His enthusiasm, attention to detail, marketing expertise and advanced negotiation skills make him uniquely qualified to deliver results with the highest level of customer service. Additionally, his innate problem-solving abilities and business expertise facilitate successful Real Estate transactions. He recently became a member of Band and Warners prestigious Vice Presidents Club for his outstanding performance.

Greg and his wife met in college and are celebrating 36 years of marriage. They have two children who graduated from New Trier High School (and a Bernese Mountain Dog named Wrigley who flunked out of puppy school). They have lived in their home in Wilmette for the past 33 years.  As a long time North Shore resident, Greg has keen insight into the various neighborhoods, schools, park district programs and after-school programs available to families living here or families planning a move to the area. Greg’s focus is on meeting your Real Estate needs whether you are buying, selling, renting or looking for a professional property manager.
